Eloges accepts any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.
Original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable.
You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post on your account.

- 15% Restocking fee will be applied.

Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping is not paid by Eloges.
EXCHANGE
For your convenience we do offer exchanges, however there is a fee of $10.99 per item for exchange. This covers the return prepaid label for the item you will be returning and the reshipping of the new item. For an exchange please contact support@eloges.net
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a refund. After 24 hours, only store credit will be offered.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately with photos of the item at support@eloges.net
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by USPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
